Macchiato is a medium energy puppy with moderate tenderheartedness and intensity. She is a fairly polite puppy in her approach and becoming more assertive and jumpy as play continues to welcome the behavior, but not over the top about it. With consistent boundaries and expectation her assertiveness will be easy to manage. If the behavior continues to be rewarded she can become a very jumpy and mouthy puppy. She is very naturally curious and wants to inspect and check out everything, she enjoys using her nose to explore. She has excellent confidence and is highly motivated to work with you. She is a tenderhearted puppy who will want to fix you on those bad days. She has a medium high nerve Strength and is able to handle stressful situations fairly well, however if it becomes too much, she will want to flee. She has a high touch tolerance, but definitely appreciates respectful handling. She is willing to handle less than respectful handling, until it is too much and flees, not eager to return. She will make an excellent family companion for those seeking a constant companion. She would do well with small animals and respectful or older children.
