Macaroni is on the shyer side when approaching new people. He is not assertive to either dogs or humans and has a good respect of boundaries. He is a very middle of the road puppy, perfect for working, calmer families. Patience in helping him navigate new environments and empowering him will help him build confidence. He can not be coddled, enabled or babied. This would create a real lack of confidence. He has a lower energy expenditure requirement and a lower intensity score. He does like to use his nose and playing hide and seek, nose work, and other games that work his nose will go a long way in helping him to build confidence. He has a medium human focus and motivation score, so keeping sessions short, upbeat, and fun is imperative for success with Macaroni. He has the ability to be independent and entertain himself. Ideal around small animals. He would struggle to seek interaction with small children due to a child's natural "inappropriate" handling. He would look to his humans to prevent this kind of interactions and keep him safe.
