From the moment her evaluation began, she was drawn toward human interaction. If someone was nearby, that's where she wanted to be. She repeatedly chose connection over independence, happily climbing into laps, checking in with her handler, and looking for ways to participate in whatever was happening.
One of my favorite moments came when Liberty encountered something that made her hesitate. She stopped. Thought about it. Then decided... "If we're doing this together, I'll give it a try."
That happened again and again throughout her evaluation. Her relationship with people was stronger than her uncertainty. That's a wonderful quality in a family companion because it means training naturally becomes a partnership. Liberty doesn't simply want direction—she wants to work alongside the people she trusts.
She'll happily follow you from room to room, join you on daily adventures, and simply enjoy being part of your life. For the right family, that's exactly what makes Liberty so special.

The very first thing I wrote down about Liberty was simple:
This puppy loves people.
Not toys.
Not exploring.

Throughout her evaluation, everything seemed to come back to one question:
"Can I do this with you?"
If you were nearby, that's exactly where Liberty wanted to be.
Again...
and again...
and again.
What I loved most wasn't simply how affectionate she was.
It was that her relationship with people consistently outweighed her uncertainty. When something made her hesitate, she looked to her person for guidance. Once she decided you were in it together, she happily gave it a try.
That combination of affection, motivation, and trust creates a puppy who naturally wants to learn with her family rather than simply exist alongside them.
